Business & Civil Mediation

Private neutral mediation for selected business, contract, payment, ownership, partnership, governance, and civil disputes in Pima County and by remote arrangement.

ROLE OF THE MEDIATOR

Alexander Ball serves as a neutral mediator. He does not represent any party, provide legal advice to any participant, or decide the dispute. The parties control whether they reach an agreement.

SUITABLE MATTERS

Mediation may fit selected business, contract, payment, ownership, partnership, governance, and other civil disputes before suit or during litigation. Fit depends on the parties, issues, timing, and readiness to exchange useful information.

PROCESS

The firm first checks the identities of all parties, attorneys, and related entities. If the matter is suitable and Alexander can serve, the participants receive written scheduling and preparation instructions. The mediation then provides a structured setting for confidential discussion, practical evaluation, and informed choice.

SCHEDULING AND INFORMATION

A request should identify the parties, counsel, case number if filed, general dispute category, preferred timing, and virtual or in-person preference. Do not submit confidential settlement positions or sensitive documents until the mediator provides instructions.

FORMAT AND NEXT STEP

Sessions may occur remotely or at an agreed professional location; the home office is not a public meeting location. No settlement or other outcome is promised. Use the intake form to request mediation without submitting confidential details.
